Excellent, all-terrain knee scooter with removable basket and air-filled tires for a smoother ride. It was stored in a garage so the rubber seat & handlebars got sticky. You can replace them or cover them like we did. Duct tape works like a charm, as you can see in the picture. A little love and this scooter will take you miles. These retail for over $200 new.
